ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is an organization offering rental housing and working to promote safe and sustainable living. The business is responsible for property management, rental handling, and developing living environments. The focus is on service, community engagement, and long-term sustainability - socially, economically, and ecologically.
As a Rental Administrator, you will play a key role in creating structure and security for tenants.
- Manage administrative tasks and processing of rental agreements
- Ensure smooth and correct handling of apartment exchanges, contract transfers, and subletting
- Maintain daily customer contact via phone, email, and personal meetings at the customer reception
- Staff the reception, manage deliveries, and ensure secure key management

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage rental agreements and terminations
- Provide tenant advisory services for contractual matters
- Administer rent invoices and payments
- Follow up on unpaid rents and initiate collection processes
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has experience in customer service, administration, or reception
- Is proficient with computers as a central work tool
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Preferred qualifications:
- Located/residing in Umeå
- Experience with rental processes or rental law
