Rental Administrator for Consulting Assignment Leading to Employment with Client in Gothenburg Do you want to grow in the role of a rental administrator? We are now looking for someone who is ready to take on a six-month consulting assignment that will transition into a permanent position with our client in Gothenburg. Assignment Description On behalf of our client, we are seeking a rental administrator for a consulting assignment that will lead to employment. The start date is negotiable, preferably within the next two to three months. The assignment lasts for six months and is full-time. The location is Gothenburg. In the role of rental administrator, you will have a central and varied position within the management organization, where you will be responsible for ensuring that rental administration operates smoothly and professionally. You will work closely with both colleagues and tenants and become an important part of a cohesive team with short decision-making paths and high engagement. Your responsibilities will include, among others: • Management of rental agreements, contract writing, and rental invoicing. • Leasing of residential properties and parking spaces, including advertising via HomeQ. • Handling of subletting, key administration, and simpler local agreements. • Communication with tenants regarding contracts, payments, reminders, and other administrative matters. • General office administration, such as telephone switchboard, email management, and basic purchasing. • Working in the property management system REAL. You have an understanding of rental laws and experience in contract and payment management. We are looking for someone who has: • Experience in rental administration, contract management, and rental invoicing. • Basic knowledge of rental laws. • Good financial understanding and experience with payment flows and reminder management. • Familiarity with working in digital systems. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
