Lease/Contract Manager with Knowledge of Lease Law and Economics

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of Rental/Contract Manager, you will: • Manage lease agreements and terminations. • Communicate with tenants, housing companies, and contractors. • Be responsible for lease negotiations. • Ensure that work complies with laws and agreements. You should also be engaged and responsible, with the ability to work on multiple processes simultaneously. You, as an applicant, have: • Post-secondary education in property economics, law, or equivalent. • Several years of experience in lease administration or property economics. • Good knowledge of lease law and economics. • Proficiency in systems and preferably experience with property management systems. • A structured and service-oriented personality.
