JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of Rental/Contract Manager, you will: • Manage lease agreements and terminations. • Communicate with tenants, housing companies, and contractors. • Be responsible for lease negotiations. • Ensure that work complies with laws and agreements. QUALIFICATIONS Your personal qualities are of great importance when we assess your suitability for the position. To thrive in this role, you need to have a sense of order and organization. You should also be engaged and responsible, with the ability to work on multiple processes simultaneously. It is crucial that you have a natural sense of good service and are skilled in both written and verbal communication. We also want you to share your colleagues' motivation for development and a strong team spirit. You, as an applicant, have: • Post-secondary education in property economics, law, or equivalent. • Several years of experience in lease administration or property economics. • Good knowledge of lease law and economics. • Proficiency in systems and preferably experience with property management systems. • A structured and service-oriented personality.
