Wangeskog is now seeking an engaged and warm rental center manager for the rental center in Kiruna. This role is for you who enjoy building strong teams, have a genuine interest in machinery, and thrive in environments where heavy industry and mining are a natural part of everyday life. Local knowledge and an established network in Kiruna and its surroundings are significant advantages.
As the rental center manager, you will be closely involved with both employees and customers. You will create a safe and pleasant working environment, drive the business forward, and ensure that both service and job satisfaction are of high quality. You will become part of the regional management team and work in a warm and cohesive team that supports each other and enjoys sharing both laughter and everyday challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Operational responsibility for the rental operations at the rental center
• Personnel and work environment responsibility, as well as daily leadership for the team
• Financial responsibility for the rental center
• Support in purchasing and inventorying the machinery fleet together with the regional management team
• Build and maintain good customer relationships, both new and existing
• Collaboration with colleagues in the Northern Norrland region and other rental centers in Sweden

• Documented leadership experience
• Experience from a relevant industry, local knowledge, and an established network
• Experience in customer engagement and customer care
• Good financial knowledge related to the tasks associated with the role
• Strong ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Good IT skills
• A valid driver's license (B category) is required
