We are now looking for a Tech Support within Customer Service, based either at our headquarters in Skellefteå or at our site in Ljungby. This position will play a central role in helping our customers find the right products among our thousands of hydraulic offerings.
About the Role
As a hydraulic technical inside salesperson with us, you will be the technical link between the customer's needs and the right solution. Your daily tasks will be varied and include:
• Providing technical support via phone and email
• Assisting customers in selecting the right products and solutions based on their specific needs
• Reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation
• Managing incoming orders and technical inquiries
• Searching for replacement products for discontinued items or special cases
• Providing internal support with technical questions and advice within hydraulics
• Responding to other customer inquiries to the best of your ability or in consultation with colleagues
• Being proactive in your relationship with our customers, informing them of delayed deliveries, ongoing activities, promotions, or other essential information
• Taking joint responsibility for providing the best service to our customers
You will work from our office alongside a dedicated team where collaboration, knowledge, and customer focus are at the forefront.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• Strong general knowledge in technology as well as in-depth knowledge and experience in hydraulics; familiarity with components is an advantage
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good computer skills – you are accustomed to working with business systems and technical databases
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A service-oriented approach and a willingness to solve problems
• You are meticulous, communicative, and have a strong interest in technology. You enjoy customer contact and are passionate about finding the right solution – even when it requires a bit of extra detective work.
• Experience with Jeeves is a plus
