About the Role As an engineer at Husqvarna AB, you'll have a key role in product development - from initial concept to finished product. You'll be responsible for designing individual components and entire systems, focusing on product integration. The work involves collecting and balancing requirements from multiple sources to develop optimized and competitive solutions for series production. You will work with advanced designs in plastic, rubber, and lightweight metals, serving as a technical expert in collaboration with other departments, manufacturing units, and global suppliers. The role is project-based and requires close cooperation within the Husqvarna organization, where your technical expertise and communication skills make a difference. About You To succeed in this engineering role, we seek a goal-oriented and analytical person who enjoys solving complex technical problems. You are driven and self-motivated, with a strong ability to collaborate and motivate others. You have a strong technical interest and a desire to continue developing within the design field. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and can easily build relationships across departmental and national boundaries.
