We are now seeking a Housekeeping Assistant (80%): The position is a hotel cleaner with additional responsibilities as a Housekeeping Assistant.

Together with our Housekeeping Manager, you will develop and strengthen our Housekeeping department.
Your responsibilities include:
• Purchasing cleaning equipment/materials in consultation with the Housekeeping Manager
• Training new personnel
• General cleaning of hotel common areas
• Cleaning hotel rooms
• Daily room inspections
• Organizing, distributing, and leading daily work
• Covering for the Housekeeping Manager during absence or extended leave
• Working every other weekend
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working in a hotel or similar role in cleaning or service, and leading and motivating personnel
• Is meticulous, organized, and has a sharp eye for detail
• Is responsive, yet confident and decisive in a supervisory role
• Has a proactive work approach and takes initiative
• Enjoys varied tasks and a high-paced environment
• Is almost a bit perfectionist – you see that extra touch that makes a difference for guests
• Having an interest in gardening is a significant plus!
Requirements:
• Driving license (B)
• Excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Good English language skills (spoken)
