Then you might be the one we're looking for! We are seeking a Head Housekeeper for our hotel operation at the beautiful Mösseberg Spa Resort - a place where history, health, and well-being meet in a unique environment.
Your Role
As Head Housekeeper, you have an important mission to create comfort and quality in every detail. You are a key person responsible for daily operations and ensuring that the hotel always maintains a high standard of cleanliness, order, and guest experience. With us, you will combine leadership with operational work and help develop routines, quality, and work environment. The entire house is your workplace - from hotel rooms and spa to conference areas and public spaces.
You will, among other things:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled employees
- Plan daily operations of rooms and cleaning - in collaboration with cleaning team, reception, and other departments
- Work operationally with staff and introduce new employees
- Manage orders and contribute to achieving business goals

Formal Qualifications
- Previous experience in the role of Head Housekeeper
- Driving license
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Good physical ability - work is mobile and occasionally physically demanding
- Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings
- Experience as a department manager in hotel and restaurant is meritorious
Mösseberg Spa Resort
The Bräcke Diakoni Foundation has a growing hotel concept with three unique hotels in Falköping, as well as a Campground and cabin village.
