About this role
We are now seeking a Hub Manager to lead a cross-functional team in digital development and management.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily work of the team that develops and manages digital services and web solutions. You will drive planning, budget, resources, and security, and serve as a central link between IT, operations, design, and communication. The assignment focuses on coordinating and developing work - not formal personnel management. The team works in an agile manner with emphasis on user experience, quality, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage budget, resource planning, and allocation within the Web Hub
- Drive and further develop management processes, including IT security and compliance
- Support and coach team members to create engagement and development
- Serve as a liaison between IT, CX Design, Architecture, Communication, and other units
- Follow up on goals, results, and improvement initiatives
- Manage and sign new agreements as needed
- Participate in management forums with other team leads in CX & Digital Channels
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and processes and contribute to their improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience in leadership roles such as Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or project manager
- Good understanding of technology, user behaviors, and business processes
- Experience with budget responsibility, management, and security work
- Strong communication and coaching abilities in both Swedish and English
- Relevant background in IT, digital development, or agile management
- Scrum Master experience is meriting
