Welcome to a values-driven organization As an HSL Strategist, you play a key role in enhancing the quality within the health and medical care sector (HSL) in Attendos, Unika, and Viljan's operations. The assignment is both operational and strategic, focusing on driving improvements where weaknesses are identified, strengthening the competencies of our HSL employees, and contributing to sustainable long-term quality work. You will work closely with the operations, providing training, following up, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure high and equitable care quality across all segments. The role involves close collaboration with operational managers, nurses, and other key personnel within HSL. As an HSL Strategist, you are also part of the HSL management team, where you, along with other members, contribute to developing and implementing common working methods, routines, and quality improvement measures for Attendo Scandinavia. You work on behalf of the MAS Attendo Scandinavia. **Responsibilities** • Operate within the organizations to strengthen and develop HSL work where needed. High presence in the operations that require support. • Train employees and managers in HSL-related areas. • Identify and develop key personnel within the operations who can drive further training and learning. • Contribute to and participate in networks for experience exchange and competency development. • Investigate deviations, analyze causes, and develop measures focusing on preventive actions. • Train investigators and network with and support the investigator group. • Follow up and evaluate implemented measures to ensure lasting improvement. • Work together with the HSL management team to develop strategies, guidelines, and goals for HSL in Sweden. • Provide support to operational managers and HSL employees in their daily quality work. • Contribute to a learning culture and a shared responsibility for quality and patient safety. • Permanent position, 100% • 2 Positions available • Working hours: Daytime • Start date: By agreement • The position requires extensive travel within Sweden, e.g., 3-4 days per week • Location: Flexible, you will be based in one of our HSL offices in Sweden, from Gävle in the north to Malmö in the south **Qualifications** • Licensed nurse, recent operational experience is an advantage. • Experience in LSS, elderly care, or similar healthcare operations. • Previous experience in a leadership position within healthcare, at least 5 years. • Good knowledge of healthcare legislation (HSL) and relevant regulations. • Experience in improvement work and quality management is advantageous. **Personal Attributes** • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. • Solution-focused and driven with a strong commitment to development. • Strategic with the ability to translate goals into concrete actions. • Independent, structured, and responsible. • Educational and inspiring in interactions with others. • Unpretentious. • Flexible and enjoys a dynamic and operational working style. **What can we offer you?** Attendo is a secure employer that offers you good opportunities to take on more responsibility or advance to new roles.
