**HR Business Partner for Frösunda Personlig Assistans**

For the business area of Frösunda Personlig Assistans, we are now looking for a proactive HR Business Partner. Frösunda Personlig Assistans is part of the Division of Individuals and Families within the NHC Group. Here, you will be offered a central role close to the management team, focusing on driving HR work forward together with the operational managers. You will also be part of the division's HRBP team.
This is a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon, and a probationary period applies. The position is based in one of the offices in Älvsjö/Stockholm, Gothenburg, Halmstad, or Malmö. Some travel and meeting activities within the business area, which covers the entire country, are included. **About the Role**
As an HRBP, you will drive HR work, primarily operationally but also strategically, and be responsible for developing and maintaining routines and processes within the area. The operational work and support to managers will largely be based on the G-agreement for personal assistants. You will be part of a dedicated HR team and work closely with the business area manager, management team, and operational managers, providing accessible support and assistance.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Support, assistance, and service to managers: Labor law, work environment, and negotiations.
- Collective agreements: Industry G for personal assistants, E-agreement for employees.
- Process and routine work: Develop, implement, and follow up on processes and routines.
- Identify, report, and address deficiencies: Identify any errors and shortcomings in the operations, highlight these, and develop necessary improvement measures in collaboration with management.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with support functions such as payroll, finance, system management, and business control.
**Who You Are**
- Academic education in the field or other relevant education/work experience that we consider equivalent.
- Previous experience in HR work within care or personal assistance with the G-agreement.
- Clear in your communication with both employees and management.
- Proficient in Swedish at a high level, both spoken and written.

You are confident in the role of business-oriented HR support, skilled at creating structure, and proactively and independently drive work forward. We believe you thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, the ability to reprioritize, and manage multiple issues simultaneously are part of everyday life. Experience in developing and conducting training within the HR field is considered an advantage.
