About the Position
Perido is seeking an HR Support for our client, a large and well-known company in the automotive industry. Here you will be offered a challenging consulting assignment within a global corporation, in a supportive and engaged working environment focused on collaboration and service. The position is based in Gothenburg, where you will have the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
Your Responsibilities
The HR Support role is suitable for individuals looking to advance their career in HR and who enjoy frequent communication via telephone and email. You will be part of a central HR function that supports HR Business Partners, managers, and employees across the entire organization. You will serve as a key contact point for HR-related inquiries and help create a positive experience for customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Providing first-line HR support to employees, managers, and HRBPs via phone and email
• Managing and administering personnel information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Advising on HR-related matters such as contracts, work environment and rehabilitation, leave, salary, and termination of employment
• Actively participating in the implementation of our new personnel system and contributing to improved HR processes
• Ensuring that HR instructions, policies, and procedures are current and accessible
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of our self-service portal for HR information
Your Attributes
To succeed in the role of HR Support, you should be service-oriented, attentive to detail, and enjoy having many points of contact. You possess strong communication skills and feel comfortable providing support over the phone. Your workdays are characterized by structure and accountability, and you can easily switch between different tasks without losing focus on quality. Since the role involves a great deal of collaboration, both within HR and with other parts of the organization, you are a team player who contributes to a positive and solution-oriented work environment. Additionally, you have an interest in systems and processes, finding motivation in being involved in developing methods and HR solutions.
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in HR, personnel administration, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Scope and Start Date
Full-time, consulting assignment for 7 months, with potential for extension. Start as soon as possible.
