HR Strategist - Temporary Assignment in Leksand

About the Assignment
We are seeking an HR Strategist for our client in Leksand for an assignment starting immediately and lasting approximately 3-4 months. The position is full-time 100%, and you will work at the client's office in Leksand during office hours. Some remote work opportunities are available.
Work Responsibilities
As an HR Strategist, you will work across the entire organization while being dedicated to one or more sectors. This involves participating in sector management groups and engaging in current HR issues. By doing so, you will help develop and support managers' competence in various HR processes. In this role, you will provide ongoing close support to sector managers on diverse issues such as negotiations, skills provisioning, rehabilitation cases, labor law matters, and work environment issues, among others.
You will work strategically, drive development, and process-lead in various areas, both independently and with colleagues. Each HR Strategist has one or more focus areas, which will be determined in consultation with the client. Focus areas may change over time. The role also includes operational tasks connected to strategic work. Conducting internal training is part of the position. Monitoring the external environment and staying updated on HR matters is a natural part of the role.
Qualifications
• Higher education in HR or equivalent, or several years of work experience in the HR field
• Experience in strategic and operational HR work
• Experience supporting managers with personnel matters
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

You have a good ability to structure, maintain an overall perspective, and develop comprehensive strategies.
