About this role
We are now seeking an HR Consultant for an assignment as HR Strategist at Leksand Municipality.
**About the Position**
As an HR Strategist, you will work across the entire municipality while also dedicating your efforts to one or more sectors within the municipality. Your work with the sectors will involve participating in their management teams and engaging in discussions on relevant HR issues. In this way, you will contribute to developing and supporting the managers' competencies in various HR processes. In the role of HR Strategist, you will provide ongoing close support to the sector's managers on a range of issues such as negotiations, talent acquisition, rehabilitation cases, labor law matters, and workplace environment issues, among others.
In the role of HR Strategist, you will work strategically, drive development, and facilitate processes in various areas both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. Each HR Strategist has one or more focus areas, and through dialogue, we will determine which of these will be included in this position. Focus areas may also change over time. The role also includes operational tasks linked to the strategic work. Part of the role involves conducting internal training sessions. Monitoring external developments and staying updated in the HR field is a natural part of the role. You will be part of an HR department consisting of four HR strategists, a recruitment specialist, a communications strategist, and an HR manager.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who is analytical, communicative, and proactive. Since the assignment is for a shorter duration, it is important that you can quickly adapt to new environments and become self-sufficient in your work.
**Requirements for the Position**
- University degree in HR or another field deemed equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic HR work.
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial support.
**Additional Information**
The assignment starts immediately and runs concurrently with an ongoing recruitment process. Estimated duration is approximately 3–4 months. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexible hours apply. On-site work is to be conducted as much as possible.
