Starting from the new year, the HR unit will be organized into a coordinated staff together with other units within SÄS's support functions. The responsibility of the support function is to work from strategic and operational perspectives regarding effective administration, with SÄS as the commissioning party. The HR unit is characterized by a positive work environment with opportunities for professional development. Our team includes an HR manager, HR partners, HR strategists, HR specialists, staffing coordinators, and HR administrators. We work together as close operational support based on need and expertise, where we serve the core operations consisting of nine areas of business. Furthermore, we have several regional assignments and working groups that align with the HR processes established by the Västra Götaland Region. Our HR unit needs to continuously evolve and develop in conjunction with the operations; therefore, we need to adopt a development-oriented approach to goals and results. About Our Open Position As the HR strategist for employer conditions and negotiations at SÄS, you will play a central role in coordinating, leading, and developing work within the framework of employer conditions and negotiations. The role involves: - Coordinating and leading the work within the negotiation and collaboration processes at SÄS with negotiation mandate. - Administering local collective agreements at SÄS, ensuring they are followed up and updated as necessary. - Planning, coordinating, and driving the work within wage formation and wage review processes at SÄS, including leading negotiations with trade unions. - Responsible for coordinating and training on the collaboration agreement between employers and trade unions at SÄS. - Implementing disciplinary measures. - Advising, supporting, and training HR, managers, and leadership in contractual, negotiation, and labor law matters. - Representing and participating in regional forums and working groups. The position involves close collaboration with the HR manager on strategic matters related to employer conditions and negotiations, to whom you will also report. In certain matters, you will provide direct support to the hospital director of SÄS. You will be part of the HR management team, responsible for driving issues related to employer conditions and negotiations. At the same time, you are expected to actively contribute to HR's overall strategic work, where coordination and a holistic perspective are crucial for creating a coherent narrative and clear operational benefit. Additionally, you will participate in a central collaborative group and have monthly meetings with trade unions. Your Profile You have an academic university or higher education that the employer considers relevant. We assume that you have at least two years of experience in qualified work within HR at a strategic level, with a specific focus on negotiations, wage formation, wage review processes, and collaboration. To succeed in this role, you must be a person of high integrity who relates to others with respect and sensitivity. You find it easy to collaborate and create trustful, lasting relationships, contributing selflessly to dialogues and shared goals. It is natural for you to work purposefully, structured, and take responsibility for your processes, while also recognizing the value of collaboration and contributing to a cohesive HR function. You possess the ability to handle complex issues and think strategically from both the employer's perspective and the regional context in which you operate.
