**About the Position**
We are currently seeking an HR specialist for a public sector organization in Gothenburg! The role involves mapping the current situation, driving the work towards a concrete new condition, and participating in interviews regarding new BAS values. You will also contribute to clarifying the management process and developing competency-enhancing materials.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
We are in need of a BAS knowledgeable resource who can carry out the project from:
- Mapping the current situation
- Participating in driving the work towards establishing a concrete new condition
- Assisting with interviews for new BAS values
- Contributing to clarifying a management process for ongoing work
- Helping to develop competency-enhancing materials
**Assignment Period and Scope:**
The position of HR specialist is a full-time consultancy assignment with an immediate start as per agreement and is expected to last until week 2 in 2026. There may be a possibility for extension.
**Requirements for the Position:**
• University degree, for example, in Human Resource Management or equivalent education
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Personec, TimeCare, among others)
• Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and agreements in the field.

**Desirable Qualifications:**
- Extensive knowledge/expertise in Aon’s job evaluation system BAS.
- Good knowledge of the working methods of the City of Gothenburg in this area.
