About Our Organization Sahlgrenska University Hospital (SU) consists of six healthcare areas and an administrative area. Area 3 has approximately 2,300 employees across the following services: Rheumatology, Orthopedics, AnOpIVA, Ophthalmology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Medicine/Geriatrics/Emergency Care, and Hand Surgery. The area primarily operates at Mölndal Hospital but also at Sahlgrenska Hospital, Eastern Hospital, and Högsbo Hospital. The HR department in this area consists of a wonderful team of nine people. Together with the area's shared administrative unit, which also belongs to the HR department, we are approximately 20 colleagues supporting and strengthening the operations. About Your Future Work HR is a close and active partner to the hospital's operations in developing SU. As an HR Specialist with us, you will have a varied and developmental daily work where you support managers in operational and strategic HR matters. You will become an important part of the management team in one of our operational areas, working closely with managers in their daily work. In the HR department, we work in teams to develop and utilize our resources and competencies in the best possible way. You will be part of one of our teams, which means you will have the opportunity to deepen and develop more in-depth expertise and work more strategically within an HR area. Our teams are: Work Environment and Rehabilitation, Labor Law, Working Hours and Wage Formation, Management and Competence Supply, and Culture and Employee Relations. You will also work hospital-wide and be part of working groups and networks.
