As an HR Specialist with us, you will play a vital role in providing coaching and operational support to the management regarding all HR matters, such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and recruitment. The breadth of the work allows us to offer you a varied and developing everyday experience. In this role, you will be responsible for your own area of operations where you are expected to drive your cases and work independently, while collaboration with other colleagues within the HR unit is a natural part of the job. It is important to us that we develop ourselves, our processes, and our working methods. The HR unit at BUF consists of an HR Manager, three HR Specialists, and an HR Administrator. The HR department also includes a staffing unit, registry, and reception. We are located together with the management staff at Havremagasinet in Hässleholm, about 10 minutes from the train station. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor's degree in HR or another equivalent higher education degree at least at the Bachelor's level. We prefer that you have several years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably from similar roles within public administration. As a person, you are curious, proactive, and driven. You find it easy to create and maintain good relationships and feel comfortable representing the employer in various contexts. You work in a solution-focused and structured manner and have the ability to prioritize effectively in a constantly changing environment. You contribute to a good work environment, and it comes naturally to you that we help and support each other. It is important that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. Since the job requires you to be out in the field, you need a B driver's license. You should share the values and approaches described in our employee and leadership policy.
