Your strategic areas will primarily be in wage formation and competency supply. It may also involve conducting investigations, assessments, and development of digital tools. Based on your assignments, you may be involved in regional HR networks.
The work is independent, supporting the operational area and its managers, while you are also part of the HR office’s proactive work and part of a strategic group where you contribute to the development of strategic HR issues. With your broad experience and expertise, you are expected to be a support to other colleagues within the HR office.

You adopt a coaching approach and can easily collaborate with both colleagues, operational managers, and other stakeholders. You build trust effortlessly and are down-to-earth. Additionally, you possess good pedagogical and analytical skills and view change processes positively. You have experience in informing, training, and presenting to larger groups. You quickly adapt to new digital systems and can apply that knowledge in daily tasks.
