About this role

As an HR specialist focused on payroll and system support, you will play a key role in ensuring a well-functioning payroll service and developing our HR support.
Together, we will get Sweden to work. Do you want to be one of us?
The Unit
We at the System Support and Payroll unit are now looking for an HR specialist with a focus on payroll and system support to join our team. Our main mission is to ensure that the agency has a well-functioning payroll service in close collaboration with the Swedish Agency for Government Employers, which manages the agency's payroll processing. The unit also works on developing processes and routines for payroll, pensions, benefits, and our administrative HR processes. Additionally, the unit is responsible for developing and managing the HR department's system support, including the payroll system (Heroma).
Responsibilities
The role involves developing processes and routines within the unit's areas of responsibility to simplify and facilitate operations. You will gather needs from the business and analyze them to establish requirements for the development of system support. Maintaining the integrity of HR data is essential to ensure accurate data in the systems and deliver high quality.
Since the unit is responsible for the payroll service via the Swedish Agency for Government Employers (SSC), this means supporting and addressing issues related to payroll and being able to investigate and analyze these independently. You will also transfer knowledge to colleagues within the Close Operational Support, which requires you to be attentive and communicative.
The role also includes working on organizational changes in our systems, developing HR analytics (QlikSense), and contributing to the unit's development initiatives regarding HR systems. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues within the HR department and other departments in the agency, such as IT operations, external contacts, and benchmarking.
