About the position
The position is within the Labor Law and Terms unit of the HR Department, led by the hospital's Chief Negotiator. The unit supports the hospital's managers in line operations and staff, as well as internal HR, with assistance in labor law matters, salary review work, compensation and terms issues, and working hours and scheduling issues related to laws and collective agreements, negotiation matters, union collaboration, and labor relations, as well as HR data and analysis. The unit consists of HR specialists and labor law attorneys with specific expertise in the area.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the organization in labor law individual cases in consultation with labor law attorneys
- Together with the Chief Negotiator and other team members, being responsible for the hospital's salary review
- Together with the Chief Negotiator and other team members, taking a leading role in strategic and tactical issues regarding compensation and working hours
- Supporting the organization in negotiation matters; providing advice and interpretation of laws and agreements
- Preparing and conducting union negotiations
- Monitoring the external environment and keeping the organization updated on new legislation and practices
- Being responsible for and participating in information and training initiatives regarding labor law as well as contractual, negotiation, and compensation issues
- Contributing to the development of policies and guidelines and developing effective processes
- Investigating and analyzing data/materials related to, for example, scheduling, salary statistics, and other subject areas to create sound decision-making bases

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with solid and documented experience in labor law and in-depth knowledge of collective agreements
- Several years of experience in qualified HR work, either broadly or specialized, with a particular focus on labor law, salary formation, and working hours issues
- Several years of experience in labor law advisory services in individual cases within line organizations
- Good negotiation experience and experience in contract interpretation and dispute management
- Experience in public sector/authority, preferably in a complex and regulated organization
- Very good communication and pedagogical skills, as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language both orally and in writing
Meritorious:
- Experience from healthcare
- Good knowledge of personnel and payroll systems, preferably with Heroma competence
