Job Responsibilities
In your role as HR Specialist, you will primarily work with recruitment and skills development of our employees and managers within the framework of IMY's leadership and employee development program.
Within the HR function, we work together to ensure good service to the organization. We collectively handle all HR-related matters, which means the role may also include work with work environment, rehabilitation, salary formation, and union collaboration.
The agency is in a development phase with reorganization and new aspects to our mission, which means a changing workday and a project-oriented approach. HR function work processes are being developed to create increased clarity and efficiency, and you will participate in various HR function development projects.
Work tasks include:
• Recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers
• Introduction of new employees
• Coordinate, implement, and develop internal training for employees and managers
• Participate in the development of work methods and processes
• Update existing or develop new governance documents
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with a relevant college degree and several years of independent, qualified HR work experience. You have extensive experience with competency-based recruitment, onboarding new employees, and skills development for employees and managers. You are familiar with current regulations in public sector employment law. You are an advanced user of digital tools with broad system knowledge. You have excellent Swedish and English skills in both spoken and written communication.
Previous experience in qualified HR work within a public agency is meritorious. Experience developing and implementing training in digital learning systems is also advantageous.

Position
This is a full-time, permanent position. IMY applies a six-month probationary period. The position is located in the Finance and HR department, reporting to the Finance and HR Director. Work will be conducted from our pleasant activity-based offices centrally located in Stockholm.
