About the Assignment
We are currently seeking an HR specialist for an HR department at our client in Gothenburg. You will work during office hours, primarily from 08:00 to 16:30. The position is full-time and will initially be based at the client's premises, with the possibility of transitioning to some remote work in consultation with your manager.
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Scope/Working Hours: 100%
Start: Immediately, as the need is urgent

Your Responsibilities
The overarching responsibilities in your role as an HR specialist will include providing consultative strategic and operational HR support to managers, particularly in the areas of rehabilitation and labor law. A significant portion of your work will focus on labor law and providing support in related matters. Additionally, you will:
- Handle ongoing case management related to personnel matters within the client's operations.
- Potentially work on other HR-related tasks or projects as they arise.
Your Qualifications
- Broad, solid, and general experience in both operational and strategic HR work, preferably in a larger organization.
- Extensive, documented experience and knowledge in handling labor law issues.
- Extensive, documented experience and knowledge in managing rehabilitation cases.
- Significant experience collaborating with trade unions/negotiations and a strong negotiation background.
- Experience in municipal administration or regional governance.
