JOB DESCRIPTION
What is expected in the role?
You will lead and coordinate the municipality's work with workforce planning from strategy to action.
In practice, this means that you will:
• Revitalize our workforce planning plan and give it new life
• Develop a leadership program that makes our managers shine
• Create a digital competence platform (yes, it is needed!)
• Facilitate our central orientation days for new employees
• Plan and conduct internal management training within HR
• Work with all aspects of the ARUBA model
• Support recruitment processes (primarily at the managerial and specialist levels)
• Participate in various strategic groups and contribute to the overall work of the group at different levels
• Work with our EVP, our employer value proposition, and how we strengthen Köping municipality as an employer
In short: You are the spider in the web when it comes to ensuring we have the right competence, in the right place, at the right time. (And yes, you may sometimes juggle a few other things between heaven and earth, as this is HR we are talking about.)
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?
You have a higher education degree with experience in strategic HR work and enjoy thinking both long-term and practically. Ideally, you have previously worked under our collective agreement AB25 (General Regulations) and/or in another public organization. You understand how workforce planning is linked to organizational development and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

• Are confident in the role of project manager or coordinator
• Easily build relationships and engage others
• Are knowledgeable about (or curious about) digital tools and platforms
• Appreciate structure but are flexible when plans change (because they sometimes do)
