The HR department at Försäkringskassan is seeking an engaged individual with experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and managerial support to develop the agency's HR work alongside competent colleagues. The HR department is a central unit where the agency's HR resources are gathered. HR work is conducted across the agency in collaboration with all departments. The Staffing and Recruitment operational area is responsible for the agency's strategic workforce planning, focusing on attracting and recruiting talent. We oversee the recruitment process, various staffing methods, and the agency's employer branding. This role includes responsibility for the agency's workforce planning strategy, departmental workforce plans, and how Försäkringskassan will work long-term and strategically to staff and recruit to meet the agency's current and future competency needs. Workforce Planning, Recruitment, and Managerial Support As an HR Specialist, you will belong to the HR Staffing and Recruitment operational area, located within Staffing and Recruitment Unit 2 in Malmö. You will create added value for the organization by providing qualified support to the agency's operational managers in recruitment and staffing efforts throughout Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment processes from start to finish, coaching and guiding managers in accordance with our competency-based recruitment model. As an HR Specialist, you will adopt a consultative approach when working with managers and contribute to ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to recruitment within the public sector. In addition to recruitment work, you will support managers in staffing their operations effectively. You will also work to ensure that Försäkringskassan is an attractive employer with a strong workforce supply and actively participate in change and development initiatives within staffing and recruitment. This work may involve issues related to employer branding, staffing strategies, exit interviews, as well as managing employee turnover and workforce planning. The work is divided equally between administration and operational tasks. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for HR's governing documents, processes, and HR tools, which means you will support the implementation of these components as needed. The role involves handling confidential information, which requires a high standard of confidentiality. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong awareness of security if you are to work with us. This is a job for those who want to take responsibility. We are looking for someone who: • has a university degree in human resources or equivalent experience and qualifications • has extensive experience in recruitment and independently managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for high-quality results • possesses strong communication skills • can understand and analyze complex issues • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals • has the ability to build relationships and establish trust both remotely and in meetings. It is advantageous if you: • have knowledge and experience working with recruitment within the public sector • have solid experience working in a consultative and service-oriented manner • have experience using the recruitment system Reachmee • have good experience working with and administering psychological tests.
