About this role

Job Description Are you an HR specialist with extensive knowledge of the BAS evaluations? Then we have a project that suits you! Our client in the public sector needs to review the existing BAS evaluations in the job evaluation system following a reorganization that took effect on January 1, 2025. The assignment involves clearing outdated BAS evaluations, updating obsolete BAS evaluations, and creating new BAS evaluations based on the new organization in the job evaluation system. The goal of the assignment is to ensure that the management has relevant job evaluations, a clear understanding of job content in their positions, and a shared perspective within the organization. The results of the newly added BAS evaluations will also serve as a basis for wage formation work in 2026. Objectives of the assignment: • To define a current state and transition to a quality-assured new state within the management area • To create clarity around the positions the management has within the organization • To establish an objective ranking of positions based on factors such as competence, responsibility, and working conditions within the management • To achieve a clear, fair, and equitable salary structure, facilitate salary mapping in accordance with the Discrimination Act, and provide a basis for sound market analyses for the management • To enhance knowledge and competence among managers and employees within the management area to facilitate dialogue regarding the factors of the positions and wage formation In order for us to proceed with you in the process, you need to clearly demonstrate in your CV that all requirements in the profile are met. This is a consulting assignment with an immediate start and will continue until week 2 of 2026. Responsibilities: • Mapping of the current state • Participating in driving the work towards establishing a concrete current state • Assisting in interviewing for new BAS evaluations • Contributing to clarifying a management process for the ongoing work • Assisting in the development of competence-enhancing materials Qualifications: • Higher education, such as a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent education • At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent • Knowledge of HR systems (such as Personec, TimeCare, etc.) • Good familiarity with laws, regulations, and agreements in the field • Excellent knowledge of Aon's job evaluation system BAS About the Company Randstad At Randstad, we know that everyone has a place in the labor market.
