We are seeking an experienced and self-driven HR specialist for a fixed-term full-time project lasting 6 months. You will work both administratively and operationally in a workplace project where structure, quality, and delivery are the focus. **About the Role** As an HR specialist with a focus on workplace environment, your main task is to provide qualified support to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize legal risks in the workplace area within a manufacturing industry. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for independently developing and creating policies, guidelines, and documentation related to workplace environment issues. You will also support the project with various HR administration and operational questions. The function will both create and improve structure, routines, and order in the different parts of the project and roll this out in the organization. Therefore, the responsibility also includes qualitative and accurate delivery, functioning as a central expert resource related to Swedish legislation on workplace environment issues. **Your Profile** - Academic degree from a PA program or equivalent educational background - Several years of current experience in HR work, preferably from the manufacturing industry - Labor law expertise and experience: You have several years of documented experience working with workplace environment issues - Ability to independently analyze and conduct assessments within the HR area based on the needs of the business **Meritorious** - Documented experience in workplace environment work - Experience in independently designing policies, guidelines, and HR documents **You as a Person** To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working hands-on, be highly structured, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
