About this role

**Job Description** **Responsibilities** Our HR department currently consists of dedicated employees with specialist competencies in various areas. With a high level of expertise in HR and an understanding of how we collectively contribute to the development of the administration's operations and engaged employees, we integrate our specialist competencies into a well-functioning whole. We offer consultative support to all managers within the administration on both operational and tactical issues in areas such as work environment, labor law, wage formation, employee relations, leadership, and strategic competence supply. It is important for us to stay at the forefront; therefore, we actively drive development work that contributes to operational development, proud employees, and satisfied tenants. We now need to expand our team, and we are looking for a new colleague to help drive HR initiatives within our administration. You will work in a broad role where you support, coach, and challenge managers across all HR areas for two operational areas within the administration. You will work closely with the managers involved in the operations and participate in their management groups. As part of this role, you will provide expert support in labor law and collaboration in close cooperation with the process manager, and you will serve as one of the administration's specialists in this area. You will work to ensure the implementation of working methods and updates within the administration and provide support to your HR colleagues within your specialist area. Additionally, you will assist the administration's managers in various change processes. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone with a university degree focused on HR or another academic qualification deemed relevant. For this position, you need to have broad, solid, and general experience in both operational and strategic HR work, preferably in a larger organization. You have substantial documented experience and knowledge in handling labor law issues as well as collaboration with trade unions and collective bargaining. Additionally, you have experience in development and change processes. Experience working in municipal administration or regional organizations is an advantage. To succeed in this role, we seek someone who is self-driven and accustomed to independently managing their own work. You are a clear and effective communicator who gains support for ideas and can influence decisions in a certain direction. It comes naturally to you to actively seek others' opinions and perspectives, and you are receptive to them by showing respect, consideration, and care. As a person, you see opportunities for change and create situations where new ideas and proposals can develop. You stand by decisions made and can convey uncomfortable messages when necessary. Through environmental monitoring, you stay updated and regularly reflect on what needs to be developed in the organization. **Other** We offer a workplace in development and with a forward-thinking spirit. Our employees have broad and varied competencies. We work in pleasant premises and provide employee benefits such as flexible working hours, wellness grants, and cycling benefits. The City Property Management works for a sustainable working life where you can combine an exciting and rewarding career with a rich life outside of work. We offer you a development and innovation climate that provides good opportunities for career advancement. Within the administration, we apply a trust-based leadership grounded in an inclusive workplace. We strive for an even gender distribution and a diversity of ages within our administration. We want our workplace to be characterized by openness and respect for differences, and we believe that diversity contributes to the development of our operations. To those representing staffing and recruitment companies: We kindly but firmly decline offers of advertising and recruitment assistance. **About Us** The City Property Management creates environments where life can thrive by planning, building, leasing, managing, and developing premises and outdoor environments for the City of Gothenburg's operations. Every day, hundreds of thousands of Gothenburg residents are active in preschools, schools, care homes, and other facilities that we manage. Together with the Urban Environment Administration, the Exploitation Administration, and the City Planning Administration, we have a coordinated responsibility for urban development in the City of Gothenburg. This entails a shared distribution of responsibilities and roles based on phases: planning, implementation, and management, with the goal of contributing to cohesive, efficient, and transparent urban development for residents, visitors, and businesses in the city.
