We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Project Manager for a comprehensive assignment where you will play a central role in ensuring the organization's compliance with the EU's Pay Transparency Directive. In this position, you will lead a cross-functional team and transform complex legislation into concrete processes, system solutions, and data-driven insights. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a broad position where strategy meets practical implementation.
**About the assignment and responsibilities**
• Lead a cross-functional project team
• Drive the project from analysis to implementation
• Collaborate with experts in Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, and data analysis
• Translate the EU Pay Transparency Directive into practical processes and actions
• Ensure requirements for pay analysis, reporting, and system support
• Develop a long-term sustainable solution for regulatory compliance
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout all phases of the project
**Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, economics, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within HR
• Good understanding of Compensation & Benefits and pay transparency legislation
• Experience in driving projects in larger organizations
• Fluent in Swedish and English
