About this role

Via Energi is rapidly growing in B2B electricity trading and is part of the Via Gruppen group. We are now establishing sales offices in multiple locations and building a scalable organization focused on pace, culture, and results. We are seeking an HR & Recruitment Manager who will take a holistic approach to personnel management – from recruitment and employment contracts to structure, onboarding, and follow-up. The Role: You will be the central hub ensuring smooth operations between management, sales offices, and employees. You will drive recruitment processes, manage employment contracts, ensure compliance with agreements and procedures, and build the HR structure for the entire organization. Your Responsibilities: • Recruiting staff for multiple locations (sales representatives, meeting bookers, leaders) • Preparing employment contracts and personnel documentation • Personnel planning and ongoing follow-up • Onboarding and offboarding • Supporting CEO and board in personnel and contract matters • Building and maintaining HR routines, templates, and processes We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Has experience in operational HR and recruitment • Is organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented • Thrives in a high-paced environment with multiple parallel processes • Wants to grow with the company and shape HR functions across the entire group We Offer: A key role in a growth company where decisions are made quickly and you will have full mandate to develop your function.
