Location: Södertälje Start: As soon as possible Assignment: Consulting assignment until June 2026 Scope: Part-time About the Assignment As HR Project Leader Pay Transparency, you will lead a strategic HR project aimed at ensuring the organization's compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will be responsible for interpreting the legislation and translating it into concrete processes, system solutions, and data analyses to achieve full regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with experts in compensation and benefits, HR systems, and data analysis to ensure the project delivers a sustainable, comprehensive solution for the organization. Example Tasks: * Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of HR specialists and analysts. * Interpret the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translate it into practical processes. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements through data analysis and process development. * Collaborate with Comp & Ben, HR, and IT to develop system and reporting solutions. * Monitor project progress and ensure delivery according to plan. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced project manager with an HR background and a good understanding of compensation and benefits. You are accustomed to driving projects in large organizations, are analytical, and have the ability to translate complex regulations into practical and effective solutions. You thrive in a role that combines legislation, data, and HR processes while contributing to more transparent and fair wage management. We prefer candidates who have: * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent. * At least 5 years of project management experience in HR. * Good knowledge of Comp & Ben and understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Act. * Experience in driving or leading projects in large organizations. * Excellent Swedish and English skills, both oral and written. Previous experience in implementing the Pay Transparency Directive or similar regulations is highly meritorious.
