About this role
In September, we opened the doors to our new HR organization in the Care and Social Services Administration, an initiative where we sharpen our partnership with managers and build the HR of the future. Soon, two of our colleagues will be on parental leave, and therefore we are seeking two HR Partners who want to become part of our team during their absence.
About the Workplace
The HR department has a clear mission: to help our managers and employees succeed. We have 45 professional HR colleagues distributed across three units. We think digital first, work smarter, and want to be an HR department that stays a step ahead - without losing the personal touch.
In our unit, HR Partners work together with HR specialists in labor law, work environment, and development and learning. We know that great HR is about understanding everyday life, building trust, and daring to ask: "How can we make this a bit better?"
What We Offer
Our office is located next to a park in the central parts of Helsingborg, right by the beach and close to lunch restaurants and walking paths.
We like development - both of the organization and of you. We offer a varied, responsible, and fun job with ample room to grow.
Here you will:
• Be part of a new way of working from the start
• Be part of an HR network with your HR colleagues in the city
• Have good opportunities for hybrid work, because life doesn't just happen after 4:30 PM
• Enjoy a smoke-free and health-conscious workplace with a wellness contribution of 3,000 SEK per year
• Experience secure conditions, flexible working methods, and a culture that encompasses both seriousness and laughter.
Job Responsibilities
We believe in strong managers and know that a present, skilled, and coaching HR support makes a difference. Therefore, we are now building a dedicated HR partnership for our 120 managers. You will enter a situation where structure, direction, and ambition already exist - but where you have significant space to influence how we work going forward.
As an HR Partner with us, you will develop both leadership and operations. You will work both operationally and tactically, in close collaboration with knowledgeable HR colleagues and specialists. You will coach in labor law, rehabilitation, work environment, and skills provision, and serve as a sounding board for leadership, difficult conversations, and personnel decisions. You will translate strategies into concrete actions, lead development and change work, and ensure that we work both legally securely and with heart.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR/personnel management or another education we deem equivalent. You have worked at least 3 years in an HR generalist role and enjoy moving between different HR areas.
Experience working operationally and close to the business is meritorious.
Your Personal Qualities Are Important to Us
As a person, you are confident in your competence, solution-focused, and have a coaching approach. You enjoy working closely with managers and the organization, build relationships with ease, and are both structured and flexible. Humor, attentiveness, and the ability to meet people where they are, we see as natural parts of your professional toolkit.
