We are looking for someone who wants to combine strategic workplace health efforts with operational support for managers in healthcare and social services. In this role, you will be part of a competent HR team and have significant responsibility in developing sustainable workplace health.
About the assignment
We are seeking an HR partner for a consulting assignment – a parental leave replacement for our municipal client in Sigtuna. The assignment starts in January and runs until November 2026, with the possibility of extension. The position is full-time (39.45 hours/week) and there is an option for remote work. You will belong to the HR unit, which consists of seven HR partners, three recruiters, and one negotiator.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will work both strategically in the area of Sustainable Health and operationally as a support to managers within the healthcare and social services department. Your tasks will include, among others:
Operational: – Standard managerial support in recruitment, rehabilitation, organizational issues, collaboration/negotiations, and personnel matters.
Strategic: – Development of areas within sustainable workplace health, such as SAM (systematic work environment management), employee surveys, routines, and health factors.
Your qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in similar work
• Experience in public sector operations, municipality, or authority.
• Experience in providing consultative support to managers at various levels
Meritorious
• Experience in strategic workplace health efforts.
• Experience specifically in healthcare and social services operations
