About this role
As an HR Partner within the field of psychiatry and habilitation, you will be placed in one of our eleven operations within Stockholm County.
You are part of the overall HR organization consisting of 30 HR colleagues, and your immediate supervisor is the HR Manager for psychiatry and habilitation. You will work closely with operations and support managers in all HR-related matters. The HR organization across SLSO is led by an HR Director and comprises approximately 70 HR employees.
We currently have open positions within Psychiatry Northwest located at Danderyd Hospital and within the Stockholm Center for Eating Disorders located in Södermalm. We are currently undergoing a transformation phase, which may lead to additional open assignments within the operational area.

Responsibilities
The role of HR Partner is a generalist position where you will work consultatively to provide advice and support, contributing to development in areas such as; work environment, labor law, salary formation, rehabilitation, recruitment, collaboration issues, and union negotiations. Ongoing administration in systems such as the payroll system Heroma and our case management system is part of the responsibilities.
In the role of HR Partner, you will combine operational work with strategic work in close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and union representatives. You will work closely with operations and have significant responsibility for the units you support, which may involve travel to various units within Stockholm County.
There is also the possibility of a larger area of responsibility based on needs, interests, and competencies.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a higher education degree in human resources or equivalent education and experience that we consider comparable.
You have at least two years of current experience in operational HR work.
You have experience supporting managers in a consultative manner in various personnel matters.
You are confident in the area of labor law and have experience with union collaboration and negotiations.
You have a proactive approach.
You possess excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

- A background check will be conducted before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
