Our mission as an HR Partner is to consultatively support the management's leaders in areas such as employment law, rehabilitation, work environment, skills provision, recruitment, collaboration, and wage formation. You will work division-specifically on all issues and, in addition to management support, be assigned a specialist area where you are our internal expert, either in work environment and health or the rehabilitation process.
Here, you will work closely with the entire HR department consisting of HR partners, HR specialists, Administrators, and Work Environment Engineers. Our collaboration is based on using our different competencies to work towards the same goal, and with both joy and humor, we focus on the mission. We learn together and ensure we have fun along the way through trust, clarity, and security.
Kretslopp och vatten is a small technical management with a significant mission. Here you'll find water treatment process industries, 24/7 staffed control rooms, engineers, sales staff, and administrative personnel. We in HR therefore need broad competence and work closely with both managers and decision-makers when applying our knowledge. Our mission leans towards both the management's interests and the city's personnel policy, which provides a varied everyday life with opportunities to drive projects at multiple levels.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who has:
• A bachelor's degree in HR
• At least three years of experience in management support across all HR areas
• Experience independently driving an HR process area
We consider it meritorious if you have:
• Experience from public sector operations
• Experience supporting technical operations
• Experience driving work environment, health, or rehabilitation process areas
We are looking for someone accustomed to taking initiative to advance their work. You also need to be attentive and actively seek others' perspectives and viewpoints, as we are a support unit that exists for the organization. To thrive in the role, you should enjoy working closely with others and collaborating to achieve the unit's vision and goals.
Conditions
The position is security-classified, which requires a approved security screening including interview, register check via SÄPO, and alcohol and drug testing.
