About the Position As an HR partner, you will work consultatively with comprehensive HR tasks. You will provide support to managers in both operational and strategic HR matters, including leadership, employee relations, skills provision, work environment, and labor law. You will work with one or more departments at the National Agency for Education, coaching and supporting managers across the entire HR spectrum. You will ensure smooth HR operations and provide support in annual HR activities such as performance and development conversations, salary reviews, risk assessments, and activities related to systematic work environment management. Your tasks include ongoing record-keeping and administration. You will support managers in organizational issues, collaboration, change management, rehabilitation and personnel matters, and provide advice on labor law issues. When needed, you will collaborate with HR specialists to support team and leadership development initiatives. The work includes presenting and following up on HR key performance indicators for the departments you support. Ann-Christin Hartman, HR Director * * * * * You will be part of a group of three other HR partners, working together to ensure coordinated and business-oriented HR support. You will also collaborate closely with administrators, recruiters, and HR specialists. Our HR unit currently consists of 17 colleagues working to create an attractive workplace and responsible for driving strategic and operational HR work at the agency. You will work at our modern and spacious office in Solna Business Park. You may also have the opportunity to work up to 50% remotely. Learn more at www.skolverket.se/jobb For this position, you should have: - Academic degree in HR or other education combined with experience we deem relevant - Several years of current experience in independent HR work in a broad role, involving both operational and strategic work - Current experience providing consultative support to managers in the HR area - Experience working in HR in the public sector - Excellent ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing in Swedish It is meritorious if you have training and experience in conversation methods and/or coaching.
