Raavan Consulting AB is seeking an experienced recruiter who can build and manage recruitment processes in a small and growing consulting environment. The role involves direct collaboration with the CEO and requires proactive engagement with managers at client companies to identify upcoming needs. The consultant will also maintain regular outreach to potential candidates to develop a strong internal talent base. The consultant will:
• Work closely with the CEO to plan and execute recruitment assignments.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages.
• Implement inclusive recruitment practices that align with the company’s approach to talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, and ongoing dialogue with potential candidates.
• Proactively reach out to client managers to identify new opportunities and understand future competency needs.
• Utilize recruitment data and structured methods to enhance delivery and improve processes.
**Competence Requirements**
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on specialist or mid-to-senior roles.
• Experience in hiring for complex or hard-to-fill positions.
• Ability to work independently in a small company with evolving needs.
• Strong direct search and headhunting skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages, including Swedish, are advantageous but not required.
