About this role
Welcome to an Energetic Workplace!
We are seeking a confident, unpretentious, and experienced HR and Sustainability Manager who wants to help develop both our organization and sustainability efforts. To thrive in this role, you should have several years of HR experience, be familiar with the entire HR spectrum, and feel comfortable with workplace environment, labor law, and organizational development issues.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a smaller company with significant autonomy, working independently while being a natural part of an engaged team.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and processes (including skills development, workplace environment, culture)
• Coach and support managers in leadership, employee dialogues, and change management
• Actively work with culture and value development
• Initiate and lead change projects related to both HR and sustainability
• Drive sustainability issues forward, focusing on both environmental and social sustainability, including environmental policy, certifications, and sustainability reporting
• Be part of the management team and contribute to making meetings strategic and forward-looking
For us, sustainability is part of our DNA – both environmentally and socially. We are on a journey to deepen our sustainability work and see HR as a key player in weaving this throughout the organization.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has several years of qualified HR experience, preferably combined with sustainability issues
• Has extensive experience working with the entire HR spectrum – from onboarding and skills development to workplace environment, labor law, employee discussions, and offboarding. You have a good understanding of how HR processes interconnect and have previously helped implement new working methods and routines that strengthen both structure and culture.
• Is communicative, unpretentious, and has a genuine interest in people and sustainable development
• Has experience from both smaller and larger organizations. Your experience allows you to quickly understand the organization's needs and contribute both operational support and strategic development.
• Has an innovative approach, can engage employees in change journeys, and is accustomed to working independently and driving processes from idea to implementation
• Have a PA or equivalent academic degree
Personal Qualities
We are seeking someone who is confident and stable in their HR professional role, with the ability to create trust. You are unpretentious and have a genuine focus on supporting the organization and employees where needed. With a listening and communicative approach, you build strong collaborations and create good dialogues.
You are proactive and able to transform ideas into concrete results. You are not afraid to address what needs attention and work in a solution-oriented manner, with the ability to create structure even during change. You are innovative and dare to challenge established working methods while engaging employees through participation and an inclusive approach to leading change.
