Your Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR work in Sweden (contracts, labor law, recruitment, HR administration, work environment).
• Support managers in personnel matters, performance, development, and labor law.
• Coordinate payroll and HR administration and lead local HR employees.
• Implement succession, performance, and development processes in line with HR Europe.
• Drive and support European HR initiatives in Nordic countries.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues in Europe to share best practices.
• Act as HR partner to Nordic Managing Director and local management team.
Your Profile:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Manager in an international company.
• Deep knowledge of Swedish labor law; familiarity with Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish labor conditions is an advantage.
