HR Manager Join a Successful Company Wilo is one of the world's leading manufacturers of pumps and pump systems in circulation, pressure boosting, and drainage segments. A multinational company originating from Germany, with headquarters and part of production located in newly built modern facilities and factories. The Nordic company has its headquarters in Växjö with approximately 30 employees. In the Nordic region, there are additional sales offices in four Swedish locations and sales and service offices in Oslo, Copenhagen, and Helsinki. Your Responsibilities: • Manage daily HR work in Sweden (contracts, labor law, recruitment, HR administration, work environment). • Support managers in personnel matters, performance, development, and labor law. • Coordinate payroll and HR administration and lead local HR employees. • Implement succession, performance, and development processes in line with HR Europe. • Drive and support European HR initiatives in Nordic countries. • Collaborate with HR colleagues in Europe to share best practices. • Act as HR partner to Nordic Managing Director and local management team. Your Profile: • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Manager in an international company. • Deep knowledge of Swedish labor law; familiarity with Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish labor conditions is an advantage.
