We are currently seeking a Senior HR Manager for a six-month consulting assignment, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position with the client thereafter.
The assignment is full-time, starting around the turn of the year, and is suitable for someone who thrives in a broad role that encompasses both strategic and operational HR work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an important partner to the management team and responsible for driving and developing the company's HR function. You will work closely with the management group and contribute to matters related to organization, structure, corporate changes, and policy development. A significant part of the assignment involves change management, and you are expected to provide support during major transitions and M&A-related processes.
The role includes, among other things:
• Supporting management in strategic HR issues and organizational development
• Driving policy and structural work and ensuring that HR processes are up to date
• Providing labor law advice to managers and executives
• Contributing to change initiatives and integration related to M&A
• Ongoing operational HR support where you both own and drive administrative processes
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven background in complex change journeys. You have worked closely with management teams and are comfortable acting as an advisor at both strategic and operational levels. You have a background in the financial sector or another regulated industry where structure, risk management, and governance are central components.
You possess broad and deep expertise in HR structure, policy issues, and labor law, and are accustomed to working in companies that are part of a larger corporate structure. As a person, you are unpretentious, confident, communicative, and enjoy switching between overarching strategic work and hands-on HR administration.
