Today, we have a turnover of approximately 170 million and employ 85 people. Learn more about us at www.hotscreen.se. About the Role We are seeking a person responsible for both HR and payroll. In this role, you will implement, document, and follow up on HR activities according to the company's goals. As the role is broad, it requires you to easily switch between tasks and work closely with the organization, supporting it with operational issues. You will be a coaching support for our managers and a good sounding board for the organization. The role does not have personnel management responsibilities and is currently not part of the management group. As HR & Payroll Manager, you will report directly to the CEO. Examples of work tasks and responsibilities: • Drive and develop the HR area based on the company's business plan • Proactive work to develop the organization's competence, culture, and leadership in line with the long-term business strategy • Support and coach management and managers in personnel matters, rehabilitation, and skills development • Develop and implement HR policies, compensation systems, and equality work • Responsible for the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis to onboarding • Ensure the company complies with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines • Actively work on employer branding • Labor law issues and union negotiations • Drive systematic work environment efforts • Rehabilitation and preventive health work • Payroll responsibility (estimated at approximately 10% of the time) We Are Seeking The right profile for the position has: • At least three years of experience as an HR generalist, HR Business Partner, or equivalent • Post-secondary education in HR, personnel management, or equivalent • Good knowledge of Swedish labor law, collective agreements (Unionen/GS), and recruitment processes • Experience with quality and environmental work according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 • Experience with payroll, familiar with payroll systems (e.g., Hogia) and personnel administration • Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written The following are meriting: • Experience in negotiation work and cooperation with union organizations • Experience working in growth companies with an international orientation • Knowledge of work environment and sustainability issues related to HR To succeed in the role, we see that you are business-oriented, structured, and solution-focused.
