**About the Position**
We are seeking an HR Consultant for a government agency in Stockholm. In this role, you will support a department currently undergoing a significant reorganization. You will play a central role in driving and supporting the recruitment efforts for several managers and employees, contributing to ensuring an efficient and quality-assured recruitment process.
**Assignment Period and Scope:**
The position as an HR Consultant for the government agency in Stockholm is a full-time consultancy role starting immediately and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. There is some possibility for remote work, as agreed. The workplace is located in Solna.
**Requirements for the Position:**
• A university degree, such as a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent education along with five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
• Good understanding of laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing.
