We are responsible for professional and qualified management support in the HR area for the city's administrative departments. We work closely with operations and are a crucial part of developing the city's employer policy, skills provision, and work environment. Our HR department includes HR consultants and strategists, recruiters, digital HR, and Payroll. Together, we form a competent and engaged team that collaborates closely and without hierarchy. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing qualified and consultative support to managers across the entire HR spectrum. You will work both operationally and strategically with one or more administrative departments, serving as a key collaborative partner in matters of labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and skills provision. You will represent HR in the department's management group and actively contribute HR perspectives to discussed issues. As an HR Consultant, you will support the organization in collective bargaining negotiations, actively contribute to union collaboration, and participate in departmental work environment committees. If you have a special interest in a specific HR area, there may be opportunities for deeper involvement, depending on your interest and organizational needs. Who Are We Looking For? We seek candidates who have: - Relevant academic education in HR, personnel management, or similar - Several years of extensive, qualified HR work and management support experience in a large organization - Strong knowledge of labor law, skills provision, and negotiation - Excellent Swedish communication skills, both verbal and written - Good IT proficiency and interest in digital tools and system support We consider the following advantageous: - Experience in politically governed organizations - Experience working with children's and educational services - Familiarity with the General Municipal Collective Agreement - Experience representing HR in management groups You easily create trust and build good relationships with managers and colleagues across different parts of the organization. With genuine engagement in HR issues, you drive development forward, contributing both energy and structure. You are accustomed to working independently with a consultative and solution-oriented approach while remaining attentive to operational needs. You navigate effortlessly between strategic perspectives and operational implementation – always focused on delivering professional HR support that makes a difference.
