Do you want to contribute your recruitment expertise in a socially critical organization? You will work closely with recruiting managers and be a key part of ensuring the right competence is in place. The assignment involves on-site work in Gothenburg, with flexible half-days and local support from the HR team.
Job Description
HR unit with 12 employees, including 5 HR partners working as generalists with specialist areas, but none with a similar position to the one requested. Also 4 HR administrators handling payroll and pensions. One is also a work environment specialist and one a health coordinator.
The assignment concerns recruitment consulting support as RSG needs a substitute. Work time distribution will be half-days (morning or afternoon) or similar on-site. Days will be adapted to needs. Local support is available. The consultant is expected to work on-site, with no possibility of remote work. You will work with the recruitment process in the Varbi system.
Tasks include:
• Creating advertisement materials in dialogue with recruiting managers.
• Publishing advertisements in Varbi.
• Conducting selection, interviews, and reference checks.
• Providing feedback to candidates.
• Closing advertisements and finalizing recruitments in the system.
• Archiving documents according to applicable routines.
Who are you?
MUST requirements:
• Experience in recruitment work within public sector or similar organization.
• Proficiency in the Varbi recruitment system.
• Experience independently conducting complete recruitment processes (advertising, selection, interviews, references).
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work structured and independently.
PREFERRED requirements:
• Experience recruiting in municipal or state operations.
• Education in personnel, HR, or behavioral sciences.
• Experience with document archiving and handling public documents.
• Experience collaborating with managers and union representatives in recruitment processes.
