Job Description
Would you like to work in an HR environment where you contribute to meaningful, understandable, and manageable HR work for managers and the organization? We are now looking for a committed HR Consultant with a focus on payroll and salary setting.
As an HR Consultant in payroll and salary setting, you will have an important and supportive role. You will work with salary reviews, salary mapping, salary analysis, and support the development of working methods and pay processes. Part of your work will involve reviewing our positions and job evaluations to contribute to fair and quality-assured salary setting.
In addition to these two main areas, other HR areas may also be relevant as needed.
You will be part of a unit consisting of competent and dedicated colleagues who work closely together, even though we have different areas of expertise and contribute to each other's assignments.
You primarily support HR consultants in the operational unit related to payroll, as well as the managers within the administration. Our shared working methods in the HR department create a coherent thread throughout HR work and provide better conditions for managers to carry out their responsibilities.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a university degree equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (180 credits) with a focus on Personnel/HR or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
You have documented experience of qualified HR work in a larger organization, as well as experience in salary setting, salary reviews, salary mapping, and analysis/statistical tools.
It is an advantage if you have experience in:
• working in municipal operations
• transferring knowledge to colleagues and operations
• development work within HR
• working with salary and salary setting in public operations
• project-oriented working methods
You are independent, well-structured, able to plan for the long term, and meet deadlines. You are solution-focused, adaptable, and work systematically to deliver high-quality results. You see collaboration as an important success factor and are clear and proactive in your communication. You also possess strong pedagogical skills.
About the Workplace
The HR department at the Labor Market and Social Administration consists of approximately 30 employees who provide qualified HR support to the management within the administration. We work to ensure a sustainable work life and a safe and secure workplace.
You will join an HR department with clear processes and a well-functioning system support, but of course, you will have the opportunity to develop the role according to your qualifications and the needs of the organization.
