Welcome to us! **Your Responsibilities** As an HR Consultant focused on temporary recruitment, you play a central role in ensuring that our operations receive new staff in a timely manner. You will be involved in recruiting substitutes for care and support services within the municipality and are responsible for ensuring that the recruitment processes run smoothly from need to employment. The assignment includes both ongoing recruitment of substitutes during the fall and spring, as well as planning and executing the large summer recruitment where several hundred substitutes will be hired. You will plan, drive, and follow up on the work in close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and other support functions. You will work according to fixed timelines and deadlines, take actions to achieve set goals, and ensure that the recruitment processes deliver as planned. You maintain close collaboration with our HR Administrator, who manages the administrative part of the process. Together, you ensure that the overall process functions well, that candidates have a good experience, and that the recruitment flow maintains high quality and good structure. This work requires an organized approach, the ability to keep multiple threads together, and the ability to quickly switch between different tasks. You ensure that processes run smoothly, follow up, and drive the work forward in dialogue with both colleagues and managers. **Your Workplace** You will work within the PIR unit (Practice, Introduction, and Recruitment). Our main goal is to attract and recruit new staff for the operations within each administration. We strive to be a strong support for managers in our three areas: Practice, Introduction, and Recruitment. The work is characterized by periods of high pace, especially in preparation for the recruitment of summer substitutes. Recruitment needs occur continuously and vary throughout the year. The unit consists of six HR consultants focusing on recruitment and one HR administrator. Our premises are located in central Linköping, and working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with flexible hours. **You Who Are Applying** You hold a degree from an HR or PA program or another academic degree that the employer deems relevant. Relevant experience in volume and/or temporary recruitment is required for this position. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as strong computer skills, are also prerequisites. You have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively and to set and adhere to timelines. You adapt direction if goals change and work well with others, easily adjusting to changing circumstances.
