About the Position
We are now seeking an experienced HR Consultant focusing on recruitment for the Swedish Pensions Agency in Stockholm. The assignment involves supporting managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from developing job requirements and designing job advertisements to selection, interviews, reference checking, and decision announcement. The work is conducted in accordance with the established recruitment process and staffing decisions.
You will work independently on your own recruitments and be part of a recruitment team consisting of four experienced colleagues. Together, you will contribute to ongoing operations under the leadership of the recruitment function manager.
Assignment Period and Scope:
The HR Consultant position for the Swedish Pensions Agency is a full-time consultant assignment starting immediately until 2026-01-30, with the possibility of extension until 2026-05-29. The work location is Stockholm, with the option of remote work up to 2 days per week based on individual agreement with the responsible manager.
Requirements for the Position:
• Higher education, such as a personnel management program or equivalent, with at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education with five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)
• Good understanding of HR-related laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Merits for the Position:
• Experience recruiting for specialist roles such as managers, IT, etc.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with competency-based recruitment methods
• Current experience recruiting in the public sector with a good understanding and application of merit and skill
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing employment procedures in public administration
• Current experience with search via LinkedIn, Recruiter, or similar platforms
About You
Relationship-building, excellent collaboration skills, non-hierarchical, ability to independently drive work forward and support recruiting managers in the process, solution-oriented.
