The assignment is based on strategic and operational needs throughout the organization, and you will contribute your expertise as we together develop, implement, and follow up guidelines and routines for HR processes.
Your primary responsibility area is mainly related to the Employment Protection Act (LAS), transition, and subsidized employment such as wage subsidies. This means being an expert and up-to-date in these areas, as well as generally knowledgeable about labor law and practice. The role includes administrative tasks and system administration in multiple systems. You will create and implement various training initiatives based on organizational needs. You have a good understanding of how to clarify information in a pedagogical way. Depending on organizational needs, other tasks may be added, such as various investigative assignments. Your strength is combining a relational approach with your expertise to create conditions for good collaboration and ensure legally secure processes.
Your Competence
Your experience is from similar tasks within the HR area, and you have an interest in working broadly with HR issues. You have an academic degree in HR or substantial background in the field. A prerequisite is that you have basic knowledge of labor law, and it is an advantage if you are familiar with regulations regarding employment support. Experience working in public sector is beneficial. As a person, you are confident and self-driven in your professional role and contribute with commitment and take great responsibility for the shared mission.
