About Road Rental
Founded in 2018, Road Rental is one of the leading comprehensive providers of traffic management devices and workplace safety for road and construction work in high-traffic environments. Our services and products keep workers and traffic participants safe as we together build the infrastructure of the future.
We provide our customers with partial and complete solutions, including project planning, traffic management plans, and ensuring all necessary permits from road authorities to avoid standstills and unnecessary fines. Our service also includes deployments with our own personnel who possess all required certifications for working on road projects.

Your Role
You will work across the entire operational HR spectrum. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, personnel administration, policy compliance, and providing support on workplace environment, sick leave, and union collaboration. The role serves as a hub between employees, managers, and other parts of the organization – supporting both strategic and operational needs.
To be successful in this role, we want you to have:
• Degree in HR, behavioral sciences, or equivalent
• Experience as an HR Generalist
• Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written
• Interest in and knowledge of Office 365, digital tool development, etc.
• Previous experience in road, construction, and infrastructure, and/or experience from rental and contracting industries is meritorious.
Example Work Areas:
• Support and coach recruiting managers operationally during recruitment processes
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Employment contracts and terms management
• Ensure high service level and efficiency in operational and administrative tasks
• Question support for managers regarding ongoing personnel matters
• Personnel statistics and documentation
• Contact with union representatives and collective agreement interpretation
• Participation and support in workplace environment and rehabilitation matters
• Implement and update digital tools, routines, guidelines, and work methods within the area of responsibility
You will be part of a driven team, based at our headquarters in Rotebro. Rotebro is part of the Stockholm Region, including Länna and Uppsala.
