HR Generalist - Exciting 6-Month Assignment in Sundsvall
Our client in Sundsvall is seeking a skilled HR Generalist for an immediate 6-month assignment. The right candidate has excellent potential for permanent employment. About the Position
In this role, you will provide HR support for critical operational processes, ensure proper data management, act as an employee support resource, and coordinate HR services in alignment with the company's business and compliance requirements. You will work on streamlining HR processes and continuously improving procedures.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining personnel records and related processes
• Supporting managers and employees in HR-related matters such as employee surveys, personnel development, and benefits
• Leading and supporting the implementation of global and local learning and development initiatives, collaborating with trainers and participants to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery
• Handling complex or sensitive HR issues and challenging conversations professionally and efficiently
• Actively working on workplace environment matters - focusing on feedback, culture, and well-being
• Employer Branding
• Supporting union negotiations
Suitable Background
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with desire for further development
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
• Understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and practices, preferably in manufacturing and industrial environments
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience building networks and working relationships at various levels

• Relevant IT skills
